Hi,
We are running TURBO-FRODO v 4.0 on an SGI 4D/35. I would like to
know 1) Is this the most current version of TURBO-FRODO available (the
release date is April, 1992), and 2) Is there an easy way to build a
polypeptide chain moving from C->N, rather than N->C (the default) without
constantly translating a residue or fragment C->N along the chain and adding
in residues N->C between them ?
