Alwyn Jones gives the address ALWYN at XRAY.BMC.UU.SE for enquiries about O. It is distributed as binaries only. Sources for a version of Frodo (PS3.../ESV, I think) are ftp-able from al.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk, but that probably doesn't help you much.
