Does anyone know of ways to solubilize protein-DNA complexes? In several
attempts to form oligonucleotide (20-21mers) Protein complexes, I have found
that a precipitate forms either immediately or shortly after mixing the two
components. I have tried Mg++, spermine, glycerol, and NaCl. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
My E mail address is Willard at wistb.wistar.upenn.edu.
Thanks,
Rob Willard.
