anisotropic temperature factors

Thanks again to those who responded by email, it has certainly opened
my eyes. The reason I was confused about beginning a refinement with
anisotropic temperature factors is that one of the two sample data files
I have contains ANISOTROPIC temperature factors - because it was the
OUTPUT from a refinement program and contained the final refined
parameters.

Intuitively it did not make sense to begin with anisotropic temperature
factors, and everything I've read discusses beginning with ISO and then
switching to ANISO. So, you can see how I became confused.

I still welcome any comments or suggestions. They've all been very
helpful.
