Where to get depression slides ?

Does anyone out there know where I can get depression slides for Heavy Atom
soaks and photographs with a polarizing microscope (is this proper English?
Anyway, I hope you know what I mean). We prefer slides with a shape like
this:

Any help (if possible with aproximated price ?) welcomed.
