I guess lots of people have done it, now it's my turn. I collected a
dataset on our R-axis, run by an SG Indigo, and then inadvertently
deleted nearly all the frames.
I know I shouldn't have done it, etc, so no lectures, please.
BUT, I do know that a "file undelete" utility (a la Norton for PC and Mac)
exists for DEC-Alphas (and is available on the net); this includes machine
specific code and my C and knowledge of SG disk architecture aren't good
enough to translate to SGI. What I would like to know is has anyone
implemented this kind of utility on SGs, and would they be willing to let
me have a copy?
Incidentally, I have recollected the data on a second crystal, but as is
the way with these things, the first crystal was the best...
