I don't know of programs that do this directly (although Arthur Lesk
must have code for this, since he and Cyrus (Chothia) did this work 
years ago), but you ought to be able to fiddle around with INSIGHT to 
do this by creating user-defined "atoms" that represent the axes of the
helices then measuring from these points.
