Need instruction info. for old ORTEP.

The last manual I have seen for ORTEP came from NTIS. Of course the
program
originated at Oak Ridge National Lab. I would suggest that you contact
either Oak Ridge or NTIS or perhaps both and see if you can get a
manual.
