Crystallization Survey

Dear Colleague,

	As many of you know, I have designed a set of sparse matrix conditions 
to be used for initial crystallization screening [J. Appl. Cryst.(1991) 24, 
409-411].  Hampton Research markets solutions for this matrix under the name 
"Crystal Screen".  In order to improve this crystallization screen,I am 
trying to make a  survey of the results which have been obtained by others.
Therefore, if you have used this screen successfully, I would appreciate it 
if you could let me know which conditions yielded crystals for you and how you 
were able to improve on the initial results.  Any additional information you 
can supply such as temperature, protein concentration, size of protein or 
special necessary additives would be valuable.  Information about individual 
proteins will be kept confidential.  After compiling the survey, I will 
present the results to the community so that all can benefit.
