Just a query concerning the new Mac Science/(Siemens)
version of the Beast- is it as reliable as the current horde
of ferro-seal/turbopump rotating anodes, or more so? What is
the max sustained power with a .3 x 3 mm focal spot and what
is the filament life at this power? I am referring to the
SRA M18XHF Self-rotating anode. I do not know if it is just
somewhat evil, only because it is a rotating anode, or if it
is a Horror. Any experiences with it would be helpful.
Thanks W. E. Meador
