My protein has 12 tyr's in it, and I would desperately like to
iodinate one or more of them and use this as a derivative. I am
using Sigler's method of generating I3-. Does anyone have any other
references on how tyrosine iodination can be accomplished. My lab has
had varying success with Sigler's method (One success, three failures),
and I would be willing to entertain any other suggestions.
