Yes, Thure Etzold's (etzold at embl-heidelberg.de) SRS contains a great number of
databanks (PIR, GenBank, Swissprot, PDB, Prosite, maybe more, and pretty soon
also Medline citations), and contains every cross reference possible (whenever
they were in either of the original databases). There is a gopher server for
SRS (in Oslo i think, may be ask Thure), and SRS is also ftpable from EMBL.
