Plotting program that does helices as cylinders?

I am using setorplot to make plots using cylinders to represent
helices.  Unfortunately, the hidden line removal is difficult for this
software to do, so the cylinder plots aren't all that great.  I don't
think that MolScript does cylinders.  Is there something out there
that does?
