visualization/comparative software

There have been lots of useful responses; I'll add just one more
possibility.   I believe that Mark Rould wrote a program for displaying
structures on the Mac several years ago.  He may still have this program. 
He now works in Carl Pabo's lab...I'm not sure of the e-mail address.
