Program for calc. of protrusion index?

Hello,
 is anyone aware of a program that can calculate the protrusion index for positions in a protein (according to Taylor, Thornton & Turnell (1983) J.Mol.Graphics 1,30.) or any other program that calculates the principle inertia axes for a protein?
