Opinions on rebuilt filaments?

Dear Matt,
	We have used rebuilt filaments in our high-voltage electron micro-
scope.  We got them from Energy Beam Sciences (nee EBTEC), rather than SIS,
but both companies may do all right.  We were very satisfied with the per-
formance of the rebuilt filaments; they were at least as good as new ones
from the standpoints of both illumination and lifetime.  YMMV.
