Heavy-Atom Databank for Protein Structures

Dear Crystallographers,

Does anybody out there know more about the "Heavy-Atom Databank for Protein 
Structures" than what is described in the Proceedings of the Daresbury Study 
Weekend 1991 (Carvin et al., pp. 150-162)? I am interested in access to it. 
I sent an e-mail message to the address given in the article three weeks 
ago, but so far I have not received a reply...
