AMoRe and swap

Amore uses a very large amount of memory to hold a complete 3D Fourier
transform.  The details of this will depend on whether you are using
Navaza's original version or the CCP4 mutant.  In the latter case you
can restrict the amount of memory used by the program (see the
document), but then you may not be able to run the case of interest.
The solution is then to add swap space.
