question about Lauegen

I am looking for someone who is using the program LAUEGEN ( or CCP4) from 
Daresbury (j.W. Cambpell) for processing Laue-pictures after scanning them 
with a HP-scanner.

I got troubles to convert the *.tif or *.gif or *.bmp etc.  in the format the 
programm needs.

Please answer, it would be very important for me.
