Acta Crystallographica Section D

	Dear netters,
		Has anyone had success in ordering and receiving the 
	special edition of Acta Crys. on crystallizing biological
	macromolecules?  The volume (Section D) came out in the fall
	of 1994 and is the result of a meeting in San Diego.  We have
	tried to order this using the form in the book and have gotten
	no response to several inquiries.  Do any of you know what is
	going on?  The order gets sent to the Executive Secretary of the
	Intn'l Union of Crystallography in Chester England.  There is
	no phone, fax, email or publisher info on the order form.
