Why buy this from HR when the government has already funded the research and
the same database is given away?  (It is still given away, right?)  No offense 
meant to you or to Hampton Research- I really like the company and order from 
them all of the time.  I just think *this* sort of re-sale, where taxpayers pay 
for this, in effect paying _twice_, is on the borderline of ethical.
