Dear all,
I would like to convert the reflections file processed with the RAXIS 'process' software into MTZ format to be used by CCP4 programs. As far as I can tell, RAXIS 'process' does not do absolute scaling. I tried to convert the binary file containing averaged intensities (*.average) into a text file and used f2mtz to convert this into a MTZ file containing IMEAN and SIGMEAN and then run truncate. This gives me SCALE of 0.01 and B factor of 50 which do not seem correct. Auy comments? Are there a more general procedure to do this? Thanks.
