MS is distributed by QCPE (Quantum Chemistry Program Exchange). There
is a cost associated with getting the program and the documentation.
Alternatively, you could use MIDAS which has a modified version of MS
implemented or contact Mike Connolly (connolly at netcom.com) regarding his
MSP (Molecular Surface Package), which does a fantastic job of analyzing
macromolecular surfaces.
