data frame to graphics format?

Hello,

I would like to be able to convert a RAXIS, MAR or Xentronics image 
into a standard graphics format like gif or jpeg. Has anyone written 
a program to do this kind of conversion?  

What I want to do is set up a web page to monitor data collection from 
the comfort of home... Having an icon size, or full size, image of the 
most recent data frame would, I think, make such a page really useful. 

So, if anyone knows how to do this, or has done this, or wants to do it, 
please let me know. I may do it someday, but don't really have time now...
