Mo vs Cu K-alpha radiation

Yes, we collect data on protein crystals using Mo radiation. We did a
comparison between Cu data (rot.anode) using an image plate detector and Mo
data (sealed tube) using a CCD detector. The Mo/CCD data were of superior
quality to those Cu/IPD. We did not collect data using both wavelengths and
same detector.
