IMPAX -- how good

We are currently testing an IMPAX cryst. robot. Before
putting a larger sum of money into the machine, I would
like ask the following questions :

1) Are the machines actually used in the labs which have them,
and do people find it easy to use 
2) How are the succes rate of microbatch compared to vapour 
diffusion, and are there anu limits on the proteins you can
use ( solubility etc.)
3) Does people mainly use the XSTEP or the screening software ?
