STEVE Sprang, not Karl Sprang, wrote a program named WATER in old
Fortran 77 for DEC VMS machines. A student in our lab has just ported
it to DEC OSF2. But you can email Steve and ask for the program. Be
sure to tell him what kind of system you're using.
