Dear all,

What would be the difference between crystal data from the same
protein taken at 100 kelvin as opposed to data collected on a crystal at
room temperature.Apart from the obvious change in mobility of the side
chains and water molecules, would it make a major difference to the data
in any other way?

	-Mark
