molscript and side chains

Alas, there is no way to do this.

One hack, which I used, was to make the alpha-carbon a CPK.
This was sufficiently large enough to fill the gap between the center
of the alpha-carbon and the cartoon sheet, so the residue no longer
appeared to be dangling in space.
