filaments

Hello all.

  What has people's experience been on the rebuilt 0.5x5mm filaments for 
the RU200? We got one batch that is useless - the intensity was weak and 
they seemed to be made of a thicker wire so the current was too high and 
kept shutting the generator down. Was this a fluke?
