Port of "getbeam" for SGI

Dear netters,
Marian Szebenyi at CHESS answered a post of mine a while back about finding
the center of an image in DENZO, assuming that you have a beam spot from an
attenuated beam stop. If anyone is interested, you can get it from
poopdec.chess.cornell.edu, cd pub, get getbeam.tar.Z
Of course, I haven't tried to compile and run it until now, and I'm having
trouble getting it to work on and SGI with IRIX 5.x. I've no experience
in hunting through source code and fixing everything that SGI compilers
don't like, so it would probably take me loads of time and effort to
fiux this. SO, if anyone has ported it to the SGI, I would be very happy to
hear from you, and might even offer you a virtual footrub if the port actually
works.
Many thanks,
Y
