Identifying B-Turns and such

Hi,

In a 1990 Protein Engineering paper, Wilmot and Thornton describe two programs,
BTURN and GORBTURN, that could identify beta-turns in the protein structure.
 Does anyone know of where I can get more information of these or similar
programs?
