locked rotation function

To those interested in running locked rotation functions.

 An extensive set of rotation and translation runctions (including the
locked rotation function) is available in Liang Tong's molecular
replacement package REPLACE.

 This program (and graphical interface) is available as part of 
 Molecular Simulation x-ray structure determination package 'Xsight'
 - a module within InsightII.

 Academic users may also obtain REPLACE as standalone executables
 by ftp from Liang Tong.
