Icing on Siemens AD

I'm having significant icing problems while trying to collect data
at -170 C.  I have the baffle heater attached and am using a glass
capillary tube to support the loop and crystal.  Is there any thing more
I can do to prevent icing?  I'm having to remove the ice every 3hrs and
that's a real pain!  Thanks in advance.
