question about Denzo

Hi, I use denzo to process Raxis IIC data and frequently found that the Chi**2 
of x and y are not similar to each other. The Chi**2 of y can be twice as large 
as Chi**2 of x. Is there any way to fix the problem? Maybe the commend 
"error y/x factor 0.1" should be used?
