We have a Rigaku R200 rotating anode and are considering using the two
ports of the tube tower simultaneously. Both are fitted with the Rigaku
electromagnetic solenoid-driven shutters. When the shutter of one port is
opened, the beam flux on the second port changes (about 10%). Does anyone
have any experience with this problem, or any suggestions for an easy fix?
