hey all,
i need some good ideas/advice/references on how to go about
acheiving homogeneity in my sample that i would like to get crystals on.
i've gone thru the mcpherson book, but couldnt really find info on this.
there was one paper by Bott et.al in 1982 (?) in JBC that talked about
using isoelectric focusing to achieve homogeneity. any other ideas??
btw, i am a very, very amatuer crystallographer (in the loosest sense),
but my goals are still the same (i.e to get crystals). so any help would
