Hi I am trying to solve a protein str in space group C2. Right now the R-factor is 26% and is not going down. The electron density map is in someplace and the atoms are elsewhere. I guess it is problem of fixing the origin along the b-axis. Can somebody give me suggestions about this? Rama :
