generate a tetramer form a monomer

I have Ca coordinates only for a tetramer structure, I also have the
coordinates for the same protein with all the side chains but it is only
a monomer.  Is there an easy way to generate the full tetramer
(including side chains)from the monomer structure using the Ca backbone?
Can this be done using xplor/charmm/quanta/insightII and how?
