crystallizing large proteins

Does anybody out there have any experience of x-ray crystallographic work 
on proteins up to about 400 KDa, or have any good references of such 
work?  I would be grateful for any information about initial 
crystallization especially.  The enzyme we are looking at is a tetramer 
with a few metal centers, so it isn't likely to be completely 
straightforward.
