I am posting this ad on behalf of Prof. W.N. Lipscomb.
2 postdoctoral positions are immediately available at the Harvard
University Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology.
My research focus is on allosteric enzymes as yeast corismate mutase,
aspartate transcarbamylase, fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase and a DNA
methylase with a particular interest in signal pathways during
allosteric transitions. Other projects are in initial stages.
The succesfull candidate has a very strong background in crystallography
as well as good knowledge in molecular biology. My laboratory is
equipped with state of the art crystallographic as well as computing and
molecular graphics equipment.
