Converting CSD to DOCK database

Hi!

I am trying to convert the latest release of the Cambridge Structural
Database (CSD, ver 5.12) to the database format used by DOCK (UCSF).

The program supplied by DOCK to do this (mkdb) seems to assume an
obsolete CSD file format.  The CSD program "retrieve" to convert
the binary CSD db to the proper ASCII format does not seem to exist
anymore.

Any help of someone who has recently done this conversion would
be much appreciated.
