  COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGY/BIOLOGICAL SEQUENCE COMPARISON

POSTDOCTORAL POSITION available immediately to develop more powerful
methods for protein and DNA sequence comparison.  Approaches include
evaluation of sequence comparison methods, multiple alignment
algorithms, parallel computation, evolutionary tree construction, and
sequence/structure comparisons.  Candidates with backgrounds in
molecular evolution, biological sequence comparison, computational
biology and other areas of molecular biology are encouraged to apply.
