symmetry problem

Hi all,


        I have two coordinate files of the same dimer made by
        two different groups.The first one shows a perfect symmetry,
        the second doesn't.What can be the cause of this difference?
        Can it be explained by a difference in crystal growing or
        maybe the way the second dimer refolded ........  ?
