   ARP / wARP updates and bug fixes are immediately made available
from this site. Access to the software is free for academics provided
the users register their copies.

   The email list is open for discussion on ARP/wARP usage, bug reports,
suggestions etc. News for updates and new major releases will be posted
in the list.
