Teflon wells for two-dimensional crystallization

Can the Teflon wells which are typically used in the preparation of
two-dimensional crystals  by monolayer techniques be purchased from any
supplier - or is it necessary to manufacture them yourself. These wells
have approx. dimensions 4 mm in diameter, and 0.5 - 1.0 mm depth.

Any pointers would be appreciated
