Hi, there: I am wondering what is the actual percentage of X-ray flux delivered to crystal as compared to available (monochromatic) X-ray flux at the exit port of a typical graphite monochromator, 1) use double mirrors and 2) use a pin hole collimator (spelling?), or 3) just double restriction slits such as those used on Mar detector systems.
