Kurt, I don't have any code, but I do know that the origin peak of the Patterson has the mean thermal anisotropy (see K. Nielsen, Acta Cryst. A31, 762 (1975)). It may be a good idea to get the mean anisotropy from there first. Regards, Maarten.
