I recently saw in a paper a ribbon model of a protein that had been
prepared with molscript and, according to the figure legend, rayshade.
It appears that rayshade, much like povray, is a ray tracing program.
Therefore there must be a program that converts molscript output
into rayshade input. Is anyone here aware of such a program? (The
paper wouldn't name one.)
