HKL/denzo question

Is there any way of generating a york format file from a standard denzo.x 
file?  It seems that the orientation and other information needed to 
calculate diffraction angle and partiality are in the .x file.  

The only reason I'm asking, rather than reprocesing the data is that the 
tape drive at a certain beamline had major problems, and I am unable to 
restore data from a couple of tapes.
